Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with:

Confidentiality

Limitation of Liability

Payment Terms

  • Services may be suspended for non-payment

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement:

  • By giving 30 days written notice
  • Immediately for material breach of terms
  • Client records will be returned upon request
  • Outstanding fees become immediately due
